Teen Supervisor
Location: Elkhart Boys & Girls Club; Elkhart
Full Time/Salary Exempt – Benefit Package
Hours: 11:00am – 8:00pm Monday – Friday 40 hours per week
Qualifications: High school or GED equivalent required, previous experience with youth is preferred, First AID and CPR certifications preferred. First Aid and CPR Certifications preferred.
Duties: Reports to and receives general direction from the Elkhart Program Supervisor. Plans, implements, supervises and evaluates activities provided in the Teen Center with a focus for members in grades nine (9) through twelve (12); at risk members, program grant guidelines and compliance requirements; and quality educational programs. Supervises Teen Center department staff and assures quality and impactful education programs for all Teen Center Club members.
Early Bird Program Assistant
Location: Elkhart Boys & Girls Club; Elkhart
Under 30 hours per week
Hours: 6:15am–8:30am Mon-Fri 11.25 hours per week
Qualifications: High school or GED equivalent required, previous experience with youth is preferred, First AID and CPR certifications preferred.
Duties: Assists in conducting activities that provide fun, beneficial and imaginative programs in the program area within the scope of Boys & Girls Club/KidsCare programming, assist the program coordinator with set-up, clean-up, supply management, etc, adhere to Boys & Girls Club/KidsCare standards, policies and procedures, maintain up-to-date records of attendance, activity planning, daily schedules, etc, collect fees and process money according to established procedures, communicate and relate to staff, parents and supervisors in a professional manner attitude, report any suspected abuse to supervisor.

Games Room Program Coordinator
Location: Goshen Boys & Girls Club; Goshen
Minimum 30 under 40 hours per week/Benefit Package
Hours: 1:00pm – 8:00pm Monday – Friday 35 hours per week
Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelors preferred. Minimum of one year of administrative experience working with children and adults, program implementation and management, and scheduling and leading staff. First Aid and CPR Certifications preferred.
Duties: Implement activities and ensure that planned activities meet the needs and interests of children, maintain quality condition of supplies, equipment and materials, and maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhere to the Boys & Girls Club standards, policies and procedures, maintain up-to-date records of attendance, activity planning, etc., daily schedules, perform administrative tasks, such as filling out reports, forms, etc. as assigned, communicate and relate to staff, parents and supervisors in professional manner and attitude, report any suspect abuse to supervisor.
Front Counter Coordinator
Location: Goshen Boys & Girls Club; Goshen
Minimum 30 under 40 hours per week/Benefit Package
Hours: 1:00pm – 8:00pm Monday – Friday, 35 hours per week

Duties: Reports to and receives general direction from the Member Services Manager. Greet members in a friendly, welcoming manner while ensuring all members check in. Greet all parents and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner. Ensure unknown visitors and parents remain at the front counter area until they have appropriate escort. Answer telephones in a warm, professional manner. Take messages as instructed, assist members with use of phones per Boys & Girls Club procedure.
Education Program Assistant – 2 Needed
Location: Goshen Boys & Girls Club; Goshen
Under 30 hours per week
Hours: 2:00pm – 7:00pm Monday – Friday, 25 hours per week
Qualifications: High school or GED equivalent required, previous experience with youth is preferred, First AID and CPR certifications preferred.

Café Assistant
Location: Goshen Boys & Girls Club; Goshen
Under 30 hours per week
Hours: 2:30pm–8:00pm Mon-Fri 28 hours per week
Qualifications: High school or GED equivalent required, previous experience with youth is preferred, First AID and CPR certifications preferred.
Duties: Assists with preparing, serving, and delivery of food/snacks to appropriate location. Able to follow safe-serve procedures and help clean-up in cafeteria areas. Confirm food handling and preparation procedures are followed, area is kept free from hazards, and that equipment is in good working condition. Physically able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move objects between 15-25 pounds on a regular basis. At times objects can be as heavy as 40 pounds.
